Return Policy – Shahi Jewellers
At Shahi Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is delivered. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, altered, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other body-worn jewellery cannot be returned.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are final sale and not returnable.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team at info@shahijewellers within the return period to request approval.
Once your return is approved, carefully re-pack the item with its original packaging and documents.
Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
All returned products will be inspected by our quality team before approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Shahi Jewellers reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
